We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed. - Damaged Frame Replacement In the event that a frame is damaged during shipping or delivery, customers may request a replacement for the damaged frame. To process a replacement request: Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided. Replacement approval shall be at the sole discretion of the seller after verification.
- Cancellation Policy
